Lost Receipt

I am so sorry. This happens to the best of us, but it feels pretty bad all the same. Keep your head up – you are loved by God.

Action Plan:

1. Get a Lost Receipt Form from the SAO
2. Fill the sucker out. Include proof of your expenditure, like a credit card statement.
3. Email me a picture of the form.
4. Take it to Student Accounts.

Don’t worry. Everything will be ok.
